I am registered for GDPR with the ICO. Your data is kept confidential at all times and is of the utmost importance to me. My business is based on protecting client confidentiality and sensitive personal information, whether from an initial enquiry email through to any contact you have with me.

No personal information that is provided to me will be shared with any third party. I may send occasional information or marketing emails to update you of relevant services you have shown interest in – you reserve the right to unsubscribe at any time. All information provided will only be used to contact you on occasion and possibly send you discounts/offers and useful articles related to your query or working with me.

Anything you share with me is confidential. I undertake not to, at any time*, use or disclose any information shared with me during our sessions. For the potential benefit of both parties, I take notes and, with the client’s verbal consent, record sessions; confidentiality extends to said notes and recordings, and they can be held for up to seven years, but may be destroyed sooner at your request or my discretion.
